What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. Who we are
Arcshifts is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy. The assessment is delivered in person, to adults aged 18 and over, by a trained operator. Our registered contact and Grievance Officer details are on the Grievance & contact page.
We decide how your data is used, so we are the ones answerable for it.
2. What we collect
Only what the assessment and the report need. We do not buy data about you, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not run advertising or foreign analytics on this site.
- Identity and contact details you or your operator provide at intake.
- Your consent record — what you agreed to, when, and in which language.
- Your responses to the assessment, including voice input where you choose to speak.
- Your interventions report, which is an immutable record once issued.
- Exploratory signals such as a DMIT report, only where you have separately agreed.
3. Why we collect it
Every item above exists to produce and deliver your interventions report, to prove that valid consent was taken, and to meet our legal obligations. Nothing is collected "just in case".
4. How long we keep it
Assessment responses and reports are retained while your account is active and for the statutory period after. Consent records are retained as long as we hold any data taken under them, because they are the proof that we were allowed to hold it. Full periods are in the DPDP notice.
5. Who can see it
You, and the operator conducting your session. Rule Authors write the rules that generate reports; they never see your identity. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
6. Where it lives
All storage and processing is inside India, on infrastructure we hold residency attestations for. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own servers — no third-party CDN, no foreign telemetry.
7. Your choices
You can withdraw consent, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to erase your data. Start any of these on the Your data rights page.
8. Changes to this policy
We version this document rather than editing it silently. Every previous version stays available, and material changes are notified before they take effect.
