Accessibility statement
What we commit to, where we currently fall short, and how to tell us when we get it wrong.
Version 1.1 Effective 14 July 2026
1. Our commitment
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA across both the marketing site and the product. Accessibility is tested as part of the build, not audited once a year.
2. What we have built
- A Voice Companion that reads every item aloud and accepts spoken answers.
- A complete keyboard path — nothing requires a mouse, and focus is always visible.
- Full content parity in English, हिंदी and ಕನ್ನಡ. Language is data, never baked into an image.
- 44px minimum targets, 4.5:1 minimum text contrast, and no meaning carried by colour alone.
- No time limits on any question, and no penalty for taking as long as you need.
3. Known limitations
We would rather name these than hide them.
- Downloadable report PDFs are tagged but not yet fully screen-reader optimised.
- Speech recognition accuracy varies by accent and by ambient noise in the room.
4. Assessment accommodations
Because the assessment is taken in person, your operator can adjust pace, mode and seating. Tell them what you need before you begin — or tell us in advance and we will note it on the session.
5. Give us feedback
If any part of Arcshifts is hard to use, tell us. We aim to reply within five working days.
