DPDP compliance
We process personal data only in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Nothing is processed before you give clear, affirmative consent, and Arcshifts is for adults 18 and over only. You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it erased.
India-region hosting
All of your data is stored and processed on infrastructure located within India. There is no cross-border processing — your information does not leave the region, and any tool or vendor that would move it out is disqualified by design.
What we collect & why
We collect only what the assessment needs, and we use it for one purpose: producing your strength-first interventions report. That report is the only output. We never show raw scores or reduce you to a number, and we do not repurpose your data for anything beyond the report you came for.
Your rights & deletion
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights — including a deletion request — contact us and we will act on it in line with the DPDP Act.
