Terms of use
The agreement between you and Arcshifts when you use this site or take an assessment.
1. Who may use Arcshifts
Adults aged 18 and over, resident in India, taking the assessment in person with a trained operator. We do not offer the assessment to minors under any circumstance.
2. What the assessment is
A psychometric assessment producing a deterministic, strength-first interventions report. Every recommendation traces to a rule authored by a qualified sports psychologist.
3. What it is not
Arcshifts is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for clinical care. It does not predict performance outcomes and must not be used for selection, exclusion, or employment decisions.
Signals such as DMIT are exploratory and under validation. They are one input among many and are never the sole basis for any recommendation.
4. Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another person's report, scrape the service, or reverse-engineer the rule base. Operators must not take an assessment on someone else's behalf.
6. Intellectual property
The rule base, report format and site content are ours. Your responses and your report are yours; we hold them to deliver the service.
7. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a report by a coach, academy or third party.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of our registered office.
