Questions about access, sessions, pricing or partnerships — anything that is not a data grievance.
Our response commitment

Acknowledged within 72 hours, with a reference number.

Assigned to the Grievance Officer, not to a queue.

Substantive response within 30 days, in the language you wrote in.

If unresolved, we tell you how to complain to the Data Protection Board.
