The assessment
What is the Arcshifts assessment?
It's a strength-first psychometric assessment for adult athletes, taken in person with a trained operator. It produces a justifiable report about how you're wired to learn, adapt, and perform.
How long does it take?
It's designed to be taken calmly at your own pace, and it can be completed across more than one sitting — you can pause and resume without losing your progress.
What languages is it available in?
The assessment is bilingual — you can take it in Hindi or English, and switch as you go.
Do I have to read and type everything?
No. A Voice Companion can read items aloud and accept spoken answers, so you can read, speak, both, or type. Literacy is never a barrier, and a full keyboard fallback is always available.
Results
What do I actually receive?
A strength-first interventions report — a clear, plain-language plan you and your coach can act on. Every recommendation traces back to an expert-authored rule.
Will I see my raw scores?
No. It's a plan, not a scoreboard. We never display raw scores or reduce an athlete to a number; the report is the output.
Privacy & data
Is Arcshifts DPDP-compliant?
Yes. We process personal data only under India's DPDP Act, and only after clear, affirmative consent. Nothing is processed before you agree.
Where is my data stored?
Entirely within India. All data is stored and processed in-region, with no cross-border processing.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time — see our Trust & privacy page for how to exercise those rights.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. Arcshifts is for adults 18 and over only.
Access & availability
How do I get access?
Request access and we'll be in touch. The assessment is delivered in person, so we'll help you arrange a session.
Do you support academies?
Not yet. Today's product is for individual athletes. Academies can register interest and we'll notify you when academy features are available — it's a waitlist, not a live offering.
The science
Is this based on DMIT?
DMIT and similar bio-signals are treated as exploratory inputs only. They are still under validation and are never the sole basis for a recommendation. We won't present them as settled science.
Who stands behind the recommendations?
Every recommendation comes from a rule base authored by a qualified sports psychologist. It's a deterministic, justifiable engine — AI is confined to language and presentation and never makes the clinical judgment.
