Your data rights

Six things you can ask us to do. Pick one — we'll tell you what happens next and how long it takes.

What would you like to do?

Get a copy of my data

A summary of everything we process about you, and who it has been shared with. Delivered within 30 days.

Request a copy

Correct something

Fix details that are wrong, incomplete or out of date. Your issued report is immutable — a correction is recorded alongside it, never written over it.

Request a correction

Delete my data

We erase everything we have no lawful reason to keep, and tell you plainly what must be retained and why.

Request erasure

Withdraw my consent

Stops future processing immediately. Your existing report stays available to you unless you also ask for erasure.

Withdraw consent

Nominate someone

Name a person who can exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.

Add a nominee
